Prospect Report 1/13/14

New Jersey Devils Prospect highlights from this past week include:

  • Anthony Brodeur stopped all 21 shots he faced in Gatineau’s (QMJHL) 5-0 win vs. Chicoutimi on Wednesday to post the first shutout of his junior career. He then stopped 33/34 shots in the Olympique’s 1-0 loss to Victoriaville on Friday. The goal came at 8:46 of the third period, snapping Brodeur’s shutout streak at 194:28, the third-longest such stretch in QMJHL history.
  • Myles Bell had 2g-1a-3pts for Kelowna (WHL), as the Rockets went 3-1-0 last week.
  • Graham Black had 3a for Swift Current (WHL) as the Broncos topped Saskatoon, 5-0, on Friday.
  • Alexander Kerfoot had 1g-1a-2pts for Harvard (ECAC) as the Crimson tied Quinnipac, 2-2, on Tuesday.
  • Damon Severson had 1g-3a-4pts in four games for Kelowna (WHL) as the Rockets went 3-1-0 last week.
